Emerald Bay Townhomes near the intersection of Route 120 and Wilson Avenue are priced from $187,990 to $211,990. The homes feature two to three bedrooms and 1.5 to 2.5 bathrooms. Lakewood Grove Estate single-family Homes on Fallbrook Drive start at $394,900 and feature four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Another development is Valley Lakes Tradition Homes on Nippersink Road. Villagers have plenty of activities from which to choose. The Round Lake Area Park District offers year-round events for persons of all ages. Residents can take part in the area's festive 4th of July celebration or the popular "On the Run 5K Run/Walk" event, attend the Fall County Festival, join the Round Lake Area Community Band or visit the aquatics and fitness center on Hart Road in Round Lake. In their leisure time, villagers can also visit the Prairie Grass Nature Museum, play some golf at the Renwood Golf Course and get fit at the Sports Center in nearby Round Lake Beach. Boating and fishing on Lake Michigan and on the Chain O'Lakes offer further recreational opportunities.
